Update: 18th May 2020
The Queensland Government has developed a plan to ease coronavirus (COVID-19) trading restrictions to ensure businesses can reopen in a way that encourages business activity but does not compromise the health of our customers, staff and the community. Stage 1 of these eased restrictions will come into effect on Saturday 16 May.
Club Hotel Chinchilla plans to reopen on Wednesday 20 May under Stage 1 of these restrictions. We will continue with retail bottle shops trading as usual and offer takeaway dining to the local community as well as now hosting up to 10 patrons to dine-in at one time as part of a gradual re-opening of the venue. Bars and Gaming lounges will continue to remain closed.
Dine-in: 7 days from 5pm.
Takeaway: 7 days for lunch between 12pm – 2pm, and dinner between 5pm – 8pm. Takeaway orders will only be accepted via phone or online.
Bookings only, via phone on (07) 4669 1100 must be made prior to 4pm.
You may select between a 5pm, 6:15pm or 7:30pm booking with a seating duration of 1 hour.
Customers can order a drink with a meal at licensed Hotels when dining-in, however supply of any alcohol is secondary to the provision of a meal.
One person per table will need to provide their full name, address, mobile number and date of birth (government requirement).
We want to reassure all our customers that we are following all regulations and guidance provided by health authorities to ensure that our business is COVID Safe. Following the advice from relevant government health authorities, we have taken additional precautionary steps along with implementing a COVID Safe plan to ensure your safety within our venue.
If you are feeling unwell or you develop a fever, a cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath it is highly advisable that you stay home. Management have the right to refuse entry or ask a patron to leave if showing symptoms.
This is an important first step in supporting our community as we begin to reopen. We are looking forward to seeing more of your familiar faces as restrictions further lift.
